Sebastian Court
This new apartment building needed a high-quality, waterproof flat roof. Our team installed a resilient hot melt and liquid waterproofing system to multiple areas, including the main roofs, private balconies and entrances.

The Priory School
We worked with T&B Contractors to build a new sixth-form block for The Priory School. Our team ensured the roof of the building was watertight and protected with a three-layer felt system alongside a non-combustible tapered insulation scheme.
We also installed glass rooflights, automatic opening vents, aluminium rainwater goods and metal cappings.

The homeowner was having issues with condensation as the roof areas had previously been insulated internally with no suitable ventilation.
We removed the main roof and terrace waterproofing, decks and insulation, installing new plywood decks, insulation, and a three-layer felt system. We rounded off the project with brand-new Velux windows, decking, and rendering.

Gilbert Court
Due to the nature of this residential block, a flame-free waterproofing system was needed. We stripped the existing single-ply back to the original deck and installed a new warm roof liquid system. We also installed liquid waterproofing to the tops of the dormer windows.
As part of the project, we identified the party walls and removed sections of the decking so new fire breaks could be installed.
